Factory operation rate at TOYOTEC factory is approximately 70%~80%.

TOYOTEC is taking actions to raise the operation rate. For instance, obtain the customer’s mass production volume plan from beginning of the project so that we can plan an optimized production line. This action leads to high operation rate from the beginning of mass production with required specification quality.
From the long years’ experience of customer needs (part specification, quality, volume, production life etc.) from various markets such as sensor, automotive, printer barcode, camera projector etc., result in flexible correspondence ability.

TOYOTEC reaches high production rate while introducing new part’s mass production in parallel.
