This is a camera for an automatic cucumber harvesting robot.
It plays a role in recognizing the growth status and position of cucumbers when the robot harvests them.

This customer was looking for a lens that can take wide-angle photos in a limited space such as between lanes in a green house. They were also looking for a solution to the problem that stick-shaped plants such as cucumbers
They were also looking for a solution to the problem that stick-shaped plants like cucumbers are easily affected by distortion during image recognition.
We proposed our RDL lens, a “wide-angle, ultra-low-distortion lens,” to the customer as a lens that could solve both problems.
