										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a specialized machine to evaluate the performance of lens modules for infrared LED projection used in collision prevention sensors in AGVs (Automatic Guided Vehicles).</p>
<p>The customer, who had no knowledge of the optical unit, was looking for a supplier who could provide them with a mechanism design as well, and they turned to us. They also wanted to reduce costs by procuring parts in Asia, and TOYOTEC&#8217;s presence in Asia was one of the reasons for consulting us. <a href="https://optical-tech-group.toyotec.com/en/solution/lens-unit-for-agv-anti-collision-sensors/">&gt;&gt;Lens Unit For AGV Anti-Collision Sensors</a></p>
<p>Through utilization of our optical and mechanical design capabilities and manufacturing know-how, our customers thought that we could create a better evaluation method, and so we did. We designed and built a special evaluation machine with functions similar to those of the actual machine.As a result, we were able to meet the customer&#8217;s evaluation criteria for spot position and size in the irradiated area as required.</p>
<p>Our experience in manufacturing a wide variety of optical products allows us to understand the function and performance of our customers&#8217; product. Therefore, we can not only measure the components themselves, but we can design and produce our own dedicated evaluation machines to evaluate the performance of components. These efforts are appreciated by customers in a variety of industries.</p>

<p>The viewfinder is a part of the camera that composes and focuses the image before shooting. If there are problems in optical design for this part, images will be blurry or dark when you peak in it.</p>
<p>The customer requested not only the design and manufacturing of the optical unit of the viewfinder, but also a specialized device to check if it is viable or not under the environment the video camera might be used in.We can simulate the environment in which the user will use the optical unit and evaluate whether it properly meets the required size and illumination of the light spot that passes through the optical unit.</p>
<p>With our experience in manufacturing a wide variety of optical products, not only do we understand the function and performance of our customer&#8217;s products and are able to measure the components themselves, but we can design and produce our own specialized machine to evaluate performance of components. <p>This f-theta optical system is used in copiers and printers that you often use in your office, but if the optical system is not designed properly, the characters printed on the printed paper may not be spaced evenly or the characters and lines may not be straight.</p>
<p>Due to the high degree of difficulty in commercializing the designed f-theta optical system, customers rely on suppliers like us who can handle not only the optical system components such as lenses, but also specialized equipment to evaluate the optical system. While we can measure the shape of individual lenses, we can meet the customer&#8217;s performance evaluation requirement (such as beam spot focal point and spot size requirements) at a higher level by using a specialized evaluation system that can determine whether the lens is usable or not in the customer&#8217;s environment.</p>
