This is a ultra-low-distortion camera with AI analysis system for industrial robots.

The customer wanted to broaden its product lineup to include various types of products, and was interested in TOYOTEC’s wide range of lens manufacturing and unit manufacturing.
In addition, the customer was particularly interested in the features of the RDL (Ultra-Low-Distortion Lens Unit), a 120° wide-angle lens with low distortion, which led to this proposal.
The RDL enables acquisition of ultra-low distortion and wide-angle images without correcting distortions by image correction, and is therefore well suited for industrial robots that use networks and AI.

RDL lens is sold as a standard product and has its own specifications, but customized products based on the RDL lens are also available to meet customers’ needs.
